Qi Gong

YMCA is now offering a new class!

Qi Gong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness. Great for exercise, healing and meditation.

Qi Gong involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with low stylized repetition of fluid movements, calm mindful state and visualization of guiding Qi (breath) through the body.
