Join us at the Clubhouse for our first cooking classes with Chef David Groff.
These are hands-on, active participation classes. Chef David will often demonstrate a skill or method, followed by students working with a partner or small group on a few different projects.
KNIFE SKILLS
Participants will learn how to properly hold a knife safely and practice slicing, dicing, mincing, and julienning vegetables. No meal is prepared in this class. Instead we send you home with your vegetables and a delicious recipe for Minestrone Soup to make in your own kitchen. Bring their own tote bag to bring home prepped veggies.
