For sfsu students, Parkmerced is the best place to live, considering its proximity to campus. As far as leasing goes, McNiel is the best agent Parkmerced has. He helped me and my friends get housing. First, we were assigned to someone else. However, once we got assigned to McNiel, we were able to finish signing our lease within 3 days. He was very helpful in person and over phone. He’s really the most patient and helpful person in their office. He would text back even after working hours to make sure everything goes smoothly. Getting housing done is a stressful process, but the agent really helped me survive.
