"I had a great experience with Lina from Parkmerced. She took me to all the units and explained everything carefully. She helped me out with the entire application and walked me through every step. Lina was extremely understanding and showed me around the entire community, she was well informed about every question I had and answered quick. She showed me all the amenities and was very kind. It was a very welcoming environment because of Lina! She made my family and I super comfortable and reassured us about everything!! 10/10 experience thanks to Lina!!"
